The room amenities were surprisingly great.

The language barrier made communication a bit challenging, particularly when trying to gather travel information through messages.

The room was well-appointed with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a sofa bed, a work desk, and TV. The location of this good value and perfect little hotel was particularly good, really close to the shopping areas in Shinjuku...

The nice location was only a short distance to Okubo Baptist Church. Not far from a metro station, exactly what I wanted. The rooms were large with balcony, the staff were extremely helpful.

The place felt modern with a clean vibe. The bathroom impressed me-spacious with an excellent tub and strong water pressure. I loved that high-tech toilet seat, but the bedroom was cramped for our family of five. Suitcases barely fit, and opening the sofa bed made walking a challenge. The nearby Life Grocery was a great find, offering food and drinks at fair prices. We had a nice little balcony that overlooked the street, perfect for morning coffee. Managing luggage was a hassle due to no on-site storage options. Check-in was efficient, just tablets, with no staff present at any time. It would've been great to see someone for assistance. This hotel works well for small groups but might not suit larger families due to space constraints.

Our location was excellent and convenient, not far from a subway station. We stopped by Bw Cafe for coffee and treats, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room with a couch and a tv.

The mattress felt comfortable enough to lull me into sleep after a long day of exploring. The nearby FamilyMart offered quick access to snacks and essentials.

Rooms felt a bit cramped for a group, particularly with extra furniture making movement challenging. The distance to the nearest metro station was more than expected, requiring a decent trek of about 10-15 minutes, which can be tough on tired feet, especially after a day out. Pillows didn't deliver the same level of comfort as the mattress, leaving a bit to be desired.
